Fluency Marketing is pleased to announce its preliminary line-up for the upcoming SpaceAM, which takes place in Leicester, UK, on 15th – 16th September 2020.

Speakers from the European Space Agency (ESA), the UK Space Agency (UKSPA), the Satellite Applications Catapult and London Economics will set the scene and be joined by end-users and material suppliers, who will highlight technology and material advances across the sector.

We are living in a world that is critically dependent on space technology. SpaceAM will provide the opportunity to join the growing global community, which is working together to unlock business in orbit and beyond with the application of advanced materials. Attendees, sponsors, and organisers have one key objective; to deliver the best possible opportunities and outcomes for the space industry.

Speakers from Oxford Space Systems, Toray Advanced Composites, SHD Composites, CRP Technology and Haydale will be joined by the University of Manchester and the University of Nottingham highlighting exciting projects and case studies in the sector.

Sponsored by R&R Space and TISICS, the event is already attracting innovators, suppliers and investors who are keen to hear about the latest material developments and how to access funding opportunities. There is still opportunity to join the programme, exhibit and attend: visit www.spaceamcon.com for more information about how you can get involved.

Tony Mears, Technology Roadmapping and Harmonisation Lead talks of the importance of advanced materials and additive manufacturing, saying: “Additive Manufacturing is nothing short of a revolution and its applicability doesn’t stop here on Earth. From CubeSats to interplanetary missions we’ll be talking about how to make the most of Additive Manufacturing advantages from here on out.”
